The 3000 square foot modified Laurelwood model is one of over 8,000 homes that Jim Barna Log Systems has produced. That combined with the craftsmanship of Bill Truax and his crew working hand and hand with us on every detail has created a home we can enjoy and take pride in for years to come.
	The home boasts a full log two-car garage w/ bonus room/office above. A heavy timber staircase constructed of 4" thick timbers takes you to the spacious office. French doors and large arched glass light the carefully mitered and planed rafters.
Wood floors and wool fabrics warm the room and a balcony with cedar- hewn railing overlooks the breezeway. A French door with wrought iron lever gives you your first glimpse of the spectacular kitchen. Applications of copper lanterns and white linen colors make you forget you are only in an entryway.
	To your right a small half bath decorated in antiques and a pedestal sink with porcelain faucet.
The hickory cabinet filled kitchen complimented by a stone arched cooking area surrounds an oak topped island, while a soft sage corian countertop wraps the perimeter to create lots of workspace.
